Do I actually have to buy Facer Pro if I want to use all the features of the creator? I bought Facer Pro and since the new version is out, I guess I’m required to buy it again?
I think it’s an annual subscription for pro, is that right? If you paid for pro in the last 12 months I wouldn’t think you’re supposed to have to pay again until your year is up.

It’s strange. I know that I paid for the pro version. I don’t know what’s wrong.
Facer Pro and Facer Creator Pro are two different products that have different subscriptions. You can use Facer Creator for free though. Creator Pro has more features, but honestly, you can do a ton of great stuff with the free version, so use that for a while before you decide whether you want another subscription.
