Facer URL Page Shows 0 Faces After Every Update

After EVERY Facer update, my Facer URL page stops displaying every face I’ve imported and says I have 0 Faces. This will last from 1 to a few days, then they’ll suddenly show up correctly on the page. Next time there’s an update, they’re gone again.

Interestingly, my Collections DO show up and work properly.

What’s going on with this? Is there something I can do to make them show up, or do I just have to wait for the Facer folks to do whatever it is they do to make them show up again?

About all you can do is contact @Facer_Official and let them know that it is happening. They may be unaware of it. You can contact them here: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new .

Thanks, yeah, I’ve submitted a request before and the only response I get is the automated one. I guess that’s because it resolves before they ever look at my request. :wink:
