Facer vs WFS no clear winner

Well, this isn’t bad

If I used VAR to make it possible to put the UTC hand out of the way under the normal hour hand, it wouldn’t work on my new watch.

In WFS you get the tap action that makes that possible, but not enough image swap slots to cover a full twelve hours. Knew about that from before.

Now the little white dot for AM PM local and UTC was simple in Facer. In WFS it seems you can’t make a UTC based statement about an image, it only allows alternate time zones for “rotating indicators” so AM PM was simple, flip this rectangle from white to black ( 180 rotation ), but for the UTC I had to make it a rotating circle of 24 dots, half white and half black.

Might have been able to do it with the UTC milliseconds tag, but my attempts at using that failed

Turned out to be easier in this case to make it in Javascript.
