Facer watch faces stop keeping time on Samsung Galaxy watch 42 mm

Hello all! This is my first post here.

I have been using Facer since January of this year and I’ve never had any problems, but for the past couple of months I’ve noticed that the watch face stops keeping time and freezes. It doesn’t seem to have any Rhyme or Reason of when it stops but I’ll look at my watch and notice that it is not keeping the correct time. I have to turn my watch off and on again and it’ll go away but then happen again. I’ve seen some posts on here a few years ago how to fix this but I for some reason can’t find them. But the bottom line is the watch works and looks beautiful but the time will just stop. Not even the second hand moves. If anybody can help walk me through the steps that would be great. But what I have done so far is deleted the app off my watch reinstalled it, did a clear data on my facer app on my phone and then signed back in again and I keep turning the watch on and off again.

Thanks for your post! This has been reported by a few other users and is an issue that has been introduced by recent update to the Samsung firmware. We are testing a fix internally and hope to have it deployed in the Galaxy App Store in the coming days. We will make post an announcement in this forum when it’s live.
