Hello, what is the solution? I have the same problem. And yes, I tried everything. Perhaps your solution will help me and others. Please help. The only thing I found out, which was a lesson learned but did not help me, was when I put my watch on my wife’s phone. I was able to download it, but the only problem with that is putting it back on my phone; everything gets erased.
