Great work with the different layers to get that effect.
Personally I would add some more stars, in the background 
And change the hands, everything looks HD except the hands (Hour/minute)
Dim mode needs some work.
Love the attention to detail, every layer looks so perfect

I love the complexity of it, all the metal in the watch goes together well. A suggestion would probably be to add another gear possibly near the escapement to add to the skeleton effect!
