Galaxy S5 & TicWatch Pro, stuck syncing

Hello,
whenever i try to send a Watchface off my phone to the watch the watch is stuck in the facer app at “loading watch face, syncing”
I already uninstalled, cleard cache and deleted the data on the phone aswell on the watch. Additionally i tried turning bluetooth on/off but nothing helped.
I’d be glad for advice.

If you press and hold and select a stock face, that will quit Facer on your watch, then repeat and launch Facer again. Then try to resync or sometimes it’ll already be there.

While it’s stuck there i can’t press & hold.
The blue line is circling on the edge of the display and in the middle it shows the “loading watch face, syncing” text below the facer logo.
When it finishes after a few minutes and it will show the facer app watchface, when i then switch forth and back, it will just show the default watchface again.
Then i press sync on the android app again and the cycle starts over…
I can abort the cycle by pressing the homebutton on the watch but that has no effect either, i just get to the stock facer watchface.

If you cant access the Facer app, Id hit up support then.

Somehow i can load like one watchface now one by one when i reboot the phone and watch after syncing.
Additionally i’d like to know how to get it working to sync from pc, the watch doesnt seem to react when i press the “send to watch” button in the browser.

In order to sync from the PC you need to have notifications turned on in settings for the Facer phone App.

Thx 4 the advice.
To let others know, i found a fix for my problem with the TicWatch Pro:
When charging it keeps WiFi on all the time, then i can sync flawlessly.

Interesting! That might explain an oddity I’ve noticed with my Galaxy S10e and both my Samsung watches. I can’t sync from a webpage unless my phone is active or has been active very recently. I also have notifications turned off for Facer on my phone. BUT to me it’s a good trade off for not getting notifications ad nauseum from Facer on my phone.

You can set which notifications you get. You might be able to leave notifications on to be able to sync but reduce the number you get by turning some off. I leave mine on and I hardly get any notifications.

Mine are totally blocked by the phone. I tend to only have a few apps able to send notifications and some of those are silent the rest are forbidden.
