I read about it on Android Central, but they didn’t have the rotating image. Two things I notice for sure, number one is no rotating bezel. Number two is what looks to be an extra sensor on the back.
I wonder if that is the rumored body temperature sensor.

I agree! With me having a bad case of F.F.S. (Fat Finger Syndrome) I use the rotating bezel a lot. On my GW4 “Active” I use the phone app to make the changes I need to make. Plus, swiping the face is much slower than just giving the bezel a quick twist.
No rotating bezel? What could be more un-cool than that?
Plastic case and band? Even more un-coolness.

I’ve been hearing that the GW5 watch was going to be either stainless steel or titanium case. I have the GW4 Classic and it’s the black version but it’s stainless steel case and you can tell from the weight.
If I could choose, the new Pixel Watch might be my first pick.
