I’m no expert, and I don’t know the answer to your question sorry, but after searching the internet for a little while, I cannot find out what Operating System your Watch uses, or if it is even Wear OS compatible.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can answer your question soon, but in my opinion, I don’t think that your Watch is supported…I could be wrong, so watch this space…
I’ve found a few reviews in Polish but it’s late so forgive me for not watching 20+ minutes of it 
That said, from what I could already see and considering that the 300mAh battery can last for 15 days (as well as the price leve), I am certain it runs no WearOS at all. Say what you want but that’s one thing this system is just not capable of 
15 days. My Tic(k)Watch can only dream about it out of essential mode, haha
