Heart rate and steps not accurate

I have a galaxy 4 classic and no matter what face I use the steps unsync once I’m at around 500 and the heart rate stays on 82bpm.
Any fixes for this?

It’s a known problem. The issue is between Samsung, Google and Facer. And of course like any childhood spat they are pointing fingers at each other.
