Heart rate on GW4

Watch faces with heart rate indicator are showing wrong values on my Galaxy Watch4 - at least I am not able to figure out where these values are coming from.

E.g. Samsung Health, the build in watch faces and the widgets are showing a heart rate of 75 - Facer watch faces are showing a heart rate of 66. The measurement history in Samsung Health isnt even showing this heart rate.

Takes facer its own measurements which are not synced within other apps / widgets? Or are these incorrect readings within the facer app?

I guess all galaxy watches do not share s-health data with third party apps like facer, unless they are s-health partners. So such watch faces have to make health related readings on their own, in times defined in them, which are most likely not in sync with s-health measurement.
