Heart rate does not stay on w atchface. Keeps saying to download and sync. Which I already have. I need the heart rate to always show on watch, not just when I tap the HEART icon
enable all permissions for the facer app on phone and app on watch.
settings, apps & notifcations, app permissions, physical activity, allow facer.

I think that you are talking about some watchface from Google Play.
Facer does not have annoying Tap to Measure option.
Heart rate shows live results.
