Does anyone know more about this mysterious function under methods in the Facer Creator reference? Any insights would be awesome.

Do you maybe have a few practical Facer formula examples where heaviside has a clear advantage over normal conditionals? I understand the general idea as a 0 to 1 trigger, but I’m curious where it actually becomes more useful or cleaner in real watch face formulas.
Would love to see how you use it in practice.

The person who originally responded isn’t on the forum anymore, and I’ve never really managed to get any practical information about how this function actually works 
So unfortunately, I’m not much help with this one. Sorry!
I did not know about this function.
AI explained that the function returns 0 if the value is smaller than 0 and 1 if it is larger than 0. So basically you can rewrite an equation without using “>”, “<”, etc.
Example: `if x > 10`
can be written as: `heaviside(x - 10)`
I have not explored any further, since it does not seem to work - maybe not supported…

If it actually worked, it could be used as a workaround for chaining multiple conditions which is also not working well currently
