If you have a WearOS version watch and have Gear S3 Frontier selected your phone app will not see the companion app. If the watch and Facer app match, then triple tap the watchface like changing the watchface so it will wake up the companion app and make it talk to the phone app.

You have not told us exactly what model of watch Samsung sent you to replace your broken one. That just leaves us guessing what the problem might be.

I had the Galaxy 3 Frontier. Insurion replaced it with a Galaxy 4 Watch.

Make sure you have selected the correct Watch in the Facer App and The Galaxy Wearable app. Yo must have a Sucessful Bluetooth connection for everthing to work properly.
