I purchased watchfaces on Facer app for my TicWatch Pro 3 using Facer app on my Android Samsung S20. I converted to an iPhone 12, but my Facer app does not let me restore my purchases.
I miss my LCARS watchface most of all…
Hopefully someone will chime in with some ideas of what you can to do to restore your purchases. In the meantime, if you want to contact the official support team then it is best to send them an email at: facer-support@little-labs.com
The more information that you can put in your email the better ( eg. model numbers, software/app version numbers, etc. )
