I just bought a fossil q venture. I have tried everything. Bluetooth and wifi are correct. I have tried the app and also the website. Neither one are working. When Im using the website, I get an error message of “no device found” when trying to sync the faces. Im getting a little frustrated trying to get this to work… Please advise!
