Help me my Phone no sync with my watch


My Kate Spade watch (android) doesn’t want to sync anymore, when I hit sync, nothing appears on my watch. Before I had no worries! All of my apps are up to date.

Hi, if I was troubleshooting that on my own watch I guess I’d start with making sure I have the correct watch selected in the settings of the Facer app. Also double check that blue tooth is turned on with both phone and watch, and that the watch is still paired with your phone. Also if you load the WearOS app on your phone, does it show connected to the watch? If so, what happens if you try to load a non-Facer face from the phone app?

If you can do that but not Facer faces, I’d delete and reinstall the Facer app on the watch.
