When I click the little watch icon to download a new watch face, it does nothing. I am paying for this app and its not working for me. What should I do???

I assume you have in the past been successful and it’s stopped working? Usual trouble shooting steps I take are reboot the watch, make sure bluetooth is on in both watch and phone… and that there’s not the little icon on your watch showing it’s not connected to your phone. Sometimes I have to hit sync a couple of times, particularly from the web, to get it to load. But double check the things I mentioned above. Hope that helps!
