Help with creating an Electrocardiogran animation

I tried to follow the thread to explain how to create an electrocardiogram and it was very confusing…

Can someone break it down for me please.

Just check out the inspection (rocket ship) on this watch face that I did. I’m sure there are better ways but this works.
