How Do I Access Different Themes

I am a new PRO use and there are limited elements to choose from. I am assuming that the THEMES will give me more options, but it is grayed out. How do I access additional Themes and therefor more elements? Thanks

Welcome to Facer Community! Themes enable you to have a single color customized for variations in design. For example, if you create a blue background layer, if that layer is designed to be themeable, the user can change it to another color, thus creating a different look.
