Does anyone know how you make like a mode like your design glows in the dark if it is like after 21:00? I am trying to make this

Make the design you want and then use the opacity to go on or off at the correct time

Welcome to the Community @stijn.kusters 
I made a Face where there is a different look when the Watch goes Dim (AOD - Always On Display), which you can take a look at by opening the Face, then tapping on the little Rocket Shop Icon, Inspection Mode.
And in this next Face you can see that I used different Icons for Day and Night, a Sun 
and a Moon 
, to show at the correct times. Open this one in Inspection Mode and you’ll be able to see the TAG/Formula that I used in the Opacity box to display the right image at the right time

Hi i mean something like if it is past 19:00 pm it gets into a other mode like the watchface changes to like something like this

Many makers like to do that Trick at Official Sunset to Sunrise .
If you let us know the ON time we can post code for you .
Put this in your The opacity Layer of your images that you want to show in the Day .
They will have to be above the Night ones .
Do plenty tests before you embark on your OMEGA .
Get back if it does not work .

I thought that the watch is on normal mode on 7:00 am to 21:00 pm

Well then this is what you are looking for . I think you will find that Normal Mode is different for Others . But see what you think of this .

You can Inspect it see how it works and copy the code . I can Publish it but try Inspect it first . On your Laptop or PC ( Web Pages not App ) click on the Title of the Draft then the Little Rocket on the Left .
