I’ve come across a user who is making inappropriate watch faces. (Genitals) and his profile pic of also of that. I’m sorry but I’d like to see watch faces and not have to worry about seeing naughty pictures. If I wanted that I’d go to a porn site! Smh.

I don’t know if this is possible in the phone app, but on the computer see if there is a gear icon on the left side of the watch face that you want to report. If you click on the gear, it will open an email to Support.
