Can I somehow pay for the pip boy watch face without Google pay? help me pls. In Russia google pay doesnt work

Which watch face are you referring to?
Is it one created with Facer?

The Fallout Brand is new . Being a Brand it is paid only . There are / were some Pip Boy Faces for Free but they might have been withdrawn . Shame you can not use the Google Store over there .
