I see the picture can be loaded but I do not see any rules for it. What resolution it must have? Are there any other requirements to it? Can handle in it have semi-transparent parts?

I usually make a new hand with gimp (photoshop open source) by opening a new image 90x640
making vertical and horizontal guides will show you where the middle is and where your hand will rotate around. from there you’ll just have to point the hand (hours, minutes and seconds to twelve o’clock)
