If possible, how to create screen changes in the wear/Tizen system?

Do you mean to the Background like a Photo Slide show .
This one is supposed to show randomly on Wake between two images . Should ovboiudly be adjusted to many more by changing THE MODULO / % number and the Conditional .
Oh Yes and it changes by Gravity as well .
Of course if we Go PRO we have many more options . The wakeRand can be changed to a timer very easily .

When you have some images Christian and know what you want to do with them Lets Chat . If you want to draw you own I suggest you get Pencil an paper and Photograph the result . You know how to get them on your watch .
