I uploaded a new WFF face today. I decided I’d not publish it right out of the gate. Now I can’t publish it at all. Am I missing something?
I deleted it, and recreated from scratch to have it Automatically Publish, and it’s still in Draft…what the heck is going on?
what part of publishing fails? Imported faces will ONLY be available for WFF watches, that’s why the other formats are greyed out. Does it work for you to publish it just to WFF?
I know how it works, I already have 12 WFF faces Published. Theres literally no Publish button. See screenshot.
You’ve probably already done this, but from your screenshot I’m noticing that you haven’t ticked the box to accept Terms Of Service ![]()

just trying to help. You didn’t give much to go on. But I see an active “update” button. what happens when you click that.
Now I’m getting this error. I reported it to Facer and provided them with the .AAB file. We’ll see what happens.
I apologize…my frustration level was pretty high. I thought the screen shot and peoples’ ability to go see my Facer Page and see that I already have WFF faces, would be enough info. Thanks for trying!
I’m afraid to try and make any updates now, for fear this will happen with every face.
Same with me.
Sorry I’m late to the party. You may have things figured out by now.
I’ve gotten that message on almost every one of the few WFF faces I’ve imported. I re-submit and it takes it. Don’t believe I ever did anything different the second time, just doing the same thing again. Did test loads on my GW8 and they worked. Figured it was the system being difficult, like when I save a draft and can’t open it again. ( Although switching browsers has helped with that. )
Yes . Prepare to have 3 or 4 Goes . Change the default file name of Course
I have imported from the Non Beta Creator .
I’ve noticed that it works every time for me with WFS 1.9.5, and failed most of the time with WFS 1.8.10.
A good point I think, so I checked what version of WFS I’m exporting .aab files from and getting this behaviour. 1.9.5
Still, the good news is I’ve never had a complete fail. Usually works second time I commit on Facer. Shoot, got that same thing submitting something made in Facer Creator recently. Nothing fancy or non-WFF. Took it happily the third try.
Thanks for the info.
