I purchased a new watch face 10 minutes ago and when I went to sync it to my watch the app crashed. When I restarted the app I needed to log in again, but my log in isn’t working. I tried resetting my password, but I am not receiving the emails. I had to make this account to log in and get support for the other account. Is there anyway I can contact someone about this issue?

They solved my problem quickly. In my case was a very stupid thing.
My tablet’s autocomplete had inserted an unwanted space after a . in my email address.
I hadn’t noticed this. A certain Irene noticed it. Once the unwanted space was eliminated I was able to log in without problems.
