Cannot sync a new watch face. Removed facer and reinstalled from watch and phone. Watch gear s3…mob galaxy note20…this used to work. Weird thing is it works on my other watch samsung watch 4…

In the settings on your Profile on your Phone swap the Watch type to sync to the gw3 then back to 4 for your other. Bit of a pain but they have different OS now. Unless you can update your old Wath to WOS3.
