Yes . Some of those are in the Progress Layer , Presets . You must ask about one at a time . It is Difficult to respond properly to a big bunch of Questions .

Do you want to rotate the ring or highlight each day of the week . Have you a separate image for each day .

In the opacity of each Image layer you will put . Something like
$#DOW#=6?100:0$
You will see that this formula is format protected you will have to erase the ’ ’ at the beginning and end in Creator .
You will be changing the 6 to 0 1 2 3 4 5 depending on the day . I am sure you can work that out .
