I never meant to harm anyone

Hi, Guys, sorry for the question, but I received an email that mentioned that I could not have used an image that I found in printarte.
I had no intention, and the image also did not block anything. I had no intention of causing harm to anyone.
I needed to work on my brain because, due to a health problem, I had a part of it injured.
I ask you to guide me how I should do it please and how I can undo it and apologize to the author.
My intention was the one mentioned above. I know there are rules but, I had an injury and my brain, an acquaintance told me to use FACER to exercise and I found a part that could create screens for smartwatches.
When I saw the program I started to practice, this is a short time ago and I had no intention of putting anything up for sale. I admit to having dreamed that if I got “a little better” it could be a way to get a motorized wheelchair.
I repeat once more, I NEVER WANTED AND, NOR PERCEIVED THAT I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG.
Please tell me how to fix it and how and what I can or cannot use.
My monthly income is approximately $600.00

Relax. It was a mistake, you apologized, nothing else that you need to do.

The issue is some of those free picture websites steal their pictures without giving any copyright information. These are the picture sites I use, and they do give credit and use information.

Public Domain Pictures: https://www.publicdomainpictures.net/

Unsplash - Free Images & Pictures: https://unsplash.com/

Kaboompics - Free stock photos: https://kaboompics.com/

Morguefile free photographs: https://morguefile.com/

StockSnap .io - Free Stock Photos: https://stocksnap.io/

NegativeSpace - Free Stock Photos: https://negativespace.co/

ISO Republic - Free Photos: https://isorepublic.com/

If anyone has had issue with any of these websites, please let me know so I can avoid them myself.

It’s hard for me to understand that I’m not doing this with the intention of disturbing you.
What does it mean that when I make a screen with an image I find on the Internet I can’t publish it for free? Can’t I sell? Or, to do this do I need some other permission?
I don’t know what happened but everything I had downloaded also disappeared??
Please can you help me?
I tried to send my medical report so you can see that I’m lying…but I can’t add it…

It is all about copyright law and fair use. Facer only takes down watchfaces that is on their list of copyrighted material or if the copyright owner of the picture or word complains to Facer. You are having the same issue we all have with copyrighted material. Health issues mean nothing in legal use disputes.

I know it doesn’t justify it, but I don’t want to make that mistake again. Can you tell me where I can find images that I can use? Or how should I proceed to not make more mistakes?

Guys, I know that my publications do not justify the error. Can anyone in the community guide me how to identify whether or not an image can be used??

@christianfernandes38 . Absolutely no harm done and no one here is offended . There is no way of knowing if you use images of the Network if they will get taken down . Snoopy Is a Brand and that will be why your first Face was taken down . You will see that Facer has some Brands they Promote . So Any Face that looks like it might link to that Brand will Get taken down .
Duplicate your Face before you Publish it . I see 4 faces on your Profile . So your recent work is still there .
There are thousands of faces on Facer that are made with images from the net . Most do the same .
All we can do is encourage you to carry on with your Face Making as an Amateur . I would not hold out any hope on the short term of Becoming a Partner . There are those who have had Half a Million Syncs and no Invitation to be a Partner . There are those of us that have a Few thousand syncs and are happy with that . To me an active Member of this Community is a Privilege Enough .
See our great friend @mrantisocialguy has give you some links and as I showed you before there are some fantastic Resources here on the Community for the sake of a little searching .

Hi friend, So it’s not safe to use Printarst? Not even for image templates? Graphics? Model etc?

For example, can’t I make a screen with an image like this?
What if I have two cell phones? Can I put both?

Look above in the thread to another reply I gave you. There is a list of reputable free picture sources.

OK. But do I find such an image in them? And in that case I can publishw

You will have to find the picture you want first then read any restrictions on its use to know if you can publish it or not.

OK.
And how do I check it? The image being .PNG?

For example… can I use the image I put above?

I placed the image fully on the canvas. And there are no objects on it.
Can I leave it as it is?

@christianfernandes38 . I would not attempt to use those Pinterest Images . You see the Name of the Artist next to the work . That means it is copyright . You must realise you can not have everything you see . You have been given the Best advice by @mrantisocialguy . I am sure if you look around on Google you will find something similar .

My friend . Do you realise you can make a watch for yourself with those images . It is only a problem if you publish them .

Don’t worry, there are places with images you can use for free. Unsplash is a great resource for photography, and all-free-download.com has some free vector graphics as well. You’ll have to check each image on that site however as some require credit given etc.

Unsplash will be your best bet since everything there is free. No questions about it. Good luck!
