This didn’t fix any of my problematic WFF imports, and I haven’t heard from you yet on my error submission (10 days ago roughly). What can I do to help you expedite this? I can work directly with your folks on this, if they’d like direct feedback.

Interesting factoid, I recompiled the .AAB file with WFS 1.9.5 and it imported with no issues. I haven’t switched over to 1.9.,5 yet, because it’s so buggy and riddled with issues. I’ve been using 1.8.10

This would be good information to get out to the public.

I just ran into a very confusing situation.

I uploaded a watch face that was accepted as WFF compatible. When I tested it on Galaxy Watch 4, 6, and 8, the time alignment on the GW8 was completely wrong. Strange, since it passed the WFF compatibility check.

So I created a duplicate watch face to investigate and found that the, rotation formula, in the rotation field was causing the misalignment. The formula is fully compatible according to the Facer Creator Reference, and it works perfectly in the Creator preview. When I send the watch face to my GW8 without the rotation formula, the alignment is correct.

Here’s the strange part: I submitted this fixed version without the rotation formula and it was rejected as not WFF compatible. So an incorrect watch face gets accepted, but a working one gets rejected.

Sorry, but this feels very unprofessional. Even the Play Store requires apps and games to work before release, how this could pass into production is a mystery to me.

Very strange, indeed! If you haven’t already done so, please open a ticket for the team to investigate this face issue you are running into: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you already have a ticket opened, please let us know the ticket number!

I’m not entirely sure, since the log/history isn’t visible and several requests are still in progress. I believe the reference ID is 170614. Could you clarify what the benefit is of sharing this number here on the forum?
