I have a new Iphone 12 and I have real connection problems. I go to settings on my Tic Watch Pro and go to the QR code, which appears right away. I then try to scan that code via the Facer App on my phone. The scan sees the code. But it does not scan it.
The code seems a bit blurred. I try moving the watch closer and then further away. Doesn’t help. Yes, the lens of the phone’s camera is clean. Yes the watch is clean. Yes, the Wear App is installed. Yes bluetooth is on on both the watch and the phone.
I would appreciate any help you can provide.
