Is it possible to make an image of the battery charge horizontally?

Of course , but what is it in that image you want to move . As you know you will need a mask around the edge of the image to hide the moving Zooming part of the image .

This image is behind another and I would like it to reduce and enlarge depending on the battery charge!

@christianfernandes38 make the part ypu wan to move GREEN . do you want it to contract symmetrically . Like a Balloon going down.

OK . I think I have it . You want the thin vertical bars to come together as the battery is exhausted . I meant you to post the separate images but see your bars are separate . Give me 20 minutes I will post something .
