I understood that folders/grouping had been implemented- but where is the option? Are they in Beta or something?
Ok - selecting multiple layers means that you can move the objects together, but, not rotate the group - is that right?
I had a little go but it did not go well . I would guess you can position the Group but not be able to do much clever . Like the Gifs and Weather set .
I can not even find a way to set a Group of Layers . I have so many test of broken stuff now .
What I have found is you must have the element layer unlocked to be able to move it. If it is still locked it will snap back to where it was. It might be the same with multiple layers also, but I haven’t tried that yet.
I can not even make a group . Is it done with a Keystroke combination ?
I just tried and accomplished. You HAVE to be on computer and have all the layers unlocked. First hold the control button and tap on each layer you want in the group. Then you can move them as a group where you want.
I used the Shift button and selected layers - i guess its like in Windows - shift if the layers are contiguous or, control if not
OK . So the group is not locked for Manipulation . It is just to assist in moving Multiple layers . So it is Multi Layer Move . Nothing to do with Grouping at all . Great . I can delete my yet another useless test. Thanks MAG I have spent too much time on this already .
Shift not working for Me .
No test is useless- you just found another way of not achieving the result you wanted.
Shift not working for you? I checked with AI before posting and it said that there are grouping buttons or folders depending on Creator versions. So maybe thats the problem? Maybe @mrantisocialguy could check if using shift works?
OK . I have tried Beta and non Beta.I will try update my Version but I am certain it is the latest .
OK . Got it now . You Just Gotta be more Patient .

Yes, shift works as long as all the layers you want to move are unlocked.
I use tablet only, but as others have mentioned previously, only unlocked elements can be group selected. See gif below

Hey . I can see that being useful . WFS groups are locked and remain so till you Ungroup them .
.

And you can even rotate them ![]()
Yes I can do anthing with the Group . Since you are there Peter you will see I am using your three colour morph trick on that one for the battery reading . You formulas port easily to WFS being as they are composed Descriptivly . Thank you .
