Just joined and had problem with first purchase

Just joined and purchased a face (x500) had connection problems and appear to have been charged twice. Eventually synced with my Galaxy watch but the face does not appear in my purchases. What did I do wrong (noob)

I am sorry that you are having problems. Can I suggest that you send an email to the official Facer support address. They will hopefully be able to sort the problem.
