I still use a Galaxy Watch 3 and until 2 days ago, none of the weather info works on it. Is this due to no support for the watch? And I don’t want to factory reset it because there is no way to get the Facer companion back on it. So, am I stuck with no weather on my Galaxy Watch 3 now?
You can put Facer back on it, but you have to go into your Samsung apps history that you have downloaded and reinstall it from there. I have the original gen 1 Classic and It is getting really long in the tooth now. I just bought a refurbished Galaxy Watch 7 in green that I’m setting up now to replace it.
I’m still using my Gear S3 Frontier (Tizen) and the weather info still works ok. I will eventually upgrade to something newer, but I am still undecided! So many handy elements no longer work on WO6 that it’s a shame.
Ok, now I just checked the watch again and it’s showing the weather info. What the hell is going on with this thing!!!??? I do have the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro also. I just like wearing the Watch 3 because it’s a but smaller than the 5Pro is.

I remember at times with my 1st gen classic that I could open the Facer app in my phone and that would trigger the watch’s weather to update. Maybe something like that is going on with you.
well, in the app settings on my phone, for Facer Companion App Version says Unknown and for Watch Model also says Unknown and for the Watch OS says Unknown

When I use my first gen classic I have to set it to the generic “Tizen watch” now. They got rid of all the different Tizen models.
