It does have the Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset which wuld make it eligable for WearOS 3.
Only half the RAM and storage than the other 3 currently eligable.

I went to the link you posted, and I have to agree with you. The clear watch body is a dead ringer for the Google pic.
