Latest watch face but, wrong title and description

The above link is the direct link to the watchface - it shows the right face but the wrong title and description. Its my latest face and the tall font and battery font are both from @petruuccios
Anybody help me to correct the title and description - its not published yet

What happens when you edit it, and correct it? do the changes just not stick?

This is what I get after editing-

I’ll publish it tomorrow and see what happens- i can always take it down again.

@BIELITZ
I have that happen on published watchfaces that I have made a copy of. The copy will show the old title and description up until you change it when you publish the copy. Facer has been doing that since 2019 when I first started publishing.

What name is it supposed to have?

BLZ-121 Viking Orange - it seems to have changed its title but the text shouldn’t be there. It seems as @mrantisocialguy might be right and it may sort itself out when I publish. The text is from the face i modified to make this one. The answer is sort of logical really- it seems to be just a glitch

it’ll fix itself when it’s published. That’s just a longtime Facer quirk/annoyance

If you edit the description without publishing, then go back with the arrow:

And then save the watch face again. The new description should be saved as well.
I think it this does not work for the tags - not sure…

I published the watch face and everything is ok :slight_smile: It seems that it is only a glitch but, I think that it is a sort of logical glitch - I mean I modified an existing watch face so why wouldn’t Marvin think its description be carried forward until it is ‘republished’?

it’s definitely a glitch, and one that has been ticketed previously. There are a few other occasional glitches associated with duplicating a published face to use as a starter for a new one. This particular one doesn’t bother me too much since we know it will be correct when actually published. Some of these little quirks have been going on for years :slight_smile:

@BIELITZ . I found that Issue as mentioned when I Duplicated a Publication . I always try to Duplicate Before Publication . Once it is Published It will have a Package name we can not see on Facer that stays with the file always . Nice Face BTW :::)))
