Locked out of my own design

hey there,

I’ve spent the last few weeks without a watch, but now that I got a replacement I tried to re-add my old watch faces back.

I thought my custom designs were gone but they were moved from “My Designs” to “My Watchbox” - and to be frank I don’t really see a difference between the two.

also I couldn’t edit them, so I tapped the “Create Draft” which copied one of them to “My Designs”. well it was always “my” design, but whatever.

thing is, I can’t edit it. I tapped the “Create Draft” menu item again and now I have two designs I can’t edit. can’t delete one of them, either. I’m pretty sure you guys didn’t run usability tests, or else you would have caught these errors.

anyway I don’t want to recreate the design from scratch, so now what should I do?

Hi @lucoweb! were the watchfaces imported from Facerepo? These aren’t tracked on our cloud backend unless you migrate them using the “Create Draft” feature. All editing for watchfaces has been moved to our much more powerful Facer Creator on the web at www.facer.io/creator - you should see all your designs there.
