Are there any Sunrise/Sunset tags or made-up tags that will work for WFF? Or it all just obsolete now?

Sadly they are not supported on WFF watches now . One Saddest days for me in this Face Making game . On Facer we have Data for the Appogee of the Moon but no SR SS . I loved making Faces with a Day Night Arc . Never mind Hey .

Like Tom said there was a thread before, but it is never accurate. Given the current WFF limitations, I don’t think exact sunrise and sunset calculations are realistically possible. The location and weather sunrise/sunset tags are not WFF compatible, so the most reliable approach seems to be a rough visual approximation based on local time, day of year, and possibly #DOFST# for timezone offset. It will never be exact without the tags.

Facer would need to provide the values via their Facer App, like a complication. Failing that, it requires Google to update the WFF standards to provide new tags for Sunrise/Sunset.

Yes, technically that makes sense, but I don’t think WFP itself solves this directly. Watch Face Push is mainly the delivery mechanism for WFF faces. For sunrise/sunset data, Facer would either need Google to add official WFF support for those values, or provide them through its own complication data source.
Since the current Facer WFF reference still marks the old sunrise/sunset tags as unsupported in WFF, it does not seem to be available yet as real creator functionality. My guess is that Facer will only bring this back if it can be done in a scalable and Google compliant way, probably in a more limited or structured form than the old free tag system.
