After migrating from a Samsung S9 Plus to a Huawei P30 Pro, I discovered the DT-11 watch face that I had been using on my Samsung Galaxy Watch has gone missing. Is there any way that I can reload it, since I had been referred to Support by the watch designer?
Sorry, can’t help, but this just happened to me as well. Went from a Verizon S7 to a S10+.
You should be able to find that face again in the Facer app on your phone and sync it again if you had purchased it before. Make sure your new phone is set up with the same Google account as your previous one since purchases are tied to that.
