Missing watch face background in facer preview

Hello,

I’ve designed a watch face but if I publish it the background of my watch face is not displayed in the overview (e.g. when searching for new watch faces). It’s only visible in the “details view” after click the preview.
Is there any way to fix this problem? I already tried to upload again, but this doesn’t fix the problem.

Please find the attached screenshots to see the difference between them.

I have not had that problem, but I have an issue with hands not showing up.
Faces that were created over a month ago are showing hands on the Preview/Publish page and when published. However, the designs that I created in the last couple of weeks do not show hands on the Publish page. In addition, they show no hands when someone sends a review. I’m wondering if the last version of Creator has some bugs.
