I’m having trouble sending the watch made in Montblanc creator to my watch and my facer app. I hit send to watch but it doesn’t show up anywhere. Tried it 20 times. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong!

Can you make sure you are logged into the mobile app with the same user account you use on the Montblanc creator, and make sure your push notifications are enabled on your phone for Facer?
If that doesn’t work, you should try going into the Android settings, then Apps > Facer > Storage > Clear Data/Cache. Then login into the Facer app again, and try to sync your face.
