Moving on Y Axis

I’m trying to move an image (piston moving up and down) on the y-axis. I want the piston to travel from y-160 to y-200 and back. This formula
(40+(sin((#DWFSS#))+80)) moves it up and down but only a few pixels. Any help is appreciated.

Ha Ha good start . You were so nearly there . Sin of #DWFSS# gives -1 to +1 so your +80 needs to be *80 .

(40+(sin((#DWFSS#))*80))
