My biggest project

My biggest project which is in the premium version and I’ve been working on it for almost a month. The worst coding I’ve ever done on Facer, so a big thank you to @russellcresser for his patience and help.
This is a multi-function watch face with many settings.

First of all, the watch face changes colors depending on the time of day. As with the previous project called Dimming.

The switching zones are VAR 1 to VAR 4

VAR1: Heart Rate, Steps and Weather. For now.

VAR2 switches from digital time to analog with hands.

VAR3 switches between Sunrise and Sunset times and maximum and minimum temperatures.

!

VAR4 toggles the compass, seconds scale with mini seconds, hour numbers, and minute numbers.

I know it won’t work on WFF and I don’t care, it’s not aimed at them.
Otherwise please try testing if you don’t find any errors. I don’t necessarily see them as I’m getting into it.
Next I’d like to hear some suggestions on what to add to the VAR1 position.

Inspect mod is unlocked.

Very Nice . I would not have to many VAR’s to any tap . A bit laborious to get back to square one . You could try two taps INC DEC down the bottom then you don’t have to cycle through all the layers to show your two favourites .

Nice!
I see that you have placed the interactive areas at different levels. I tend to put them all at the top. I am not sure it makes a difference, but that way you are sure nothing interferes.

If you want to add another VAR, you could use it to switch between 12h, 24h, or user defined hour setting.

And would be cool to add a stopwatch. You can overlay it over the digital time using #SWEMS#>0 as opacity value. You do not need to use VAR, unless you want to display it permanently and not only when it is running.

Another idea for using a VAR is a lock function. This avoids accidentally tapping on an area. When locked, the interactive areas cannot be used.
How to do this?
VAR_6=0: all areas are in their correct position
VAR_6=1: all areas (except the lock itself  ) are moved off the screen

I don’t want another VAR, I want to add other displayed functions under VAR 1, expand the list with other items. I can’t add other interactions, I don’t have PRO and this is made from a template in which I only had VAR and the application launch itself.
The interactive zones do not overlap. I put them where the given part changes to make it more intuitive.

What - no moon phases

It’s a fantastic watchface - love it! Shows what can be done with time and patience.

The moon phase has already happened, but it was always not to my taste and it didn’t fit in with the whole concept. I have to figure out how to incorporate it so that it looks natural as part of the whole dial.

What template do you mean? I do not see any pro template, as I do not have pro active either.

I understand now. I tried that strategy in the past too.

You said .
.
A long time ago I paid for PRO for 1 month and made one premium watch face. And then I made a copy of it where I removed everything and left only the things that can only be used if you have PRO, so I made a completely empty watch face where there is only VAR and the application launcher and I use it as a template.
.
Next time you go pro make a template with everthing on . :+1::joy:

It didn’t even occur to me at the time. :joy::person_facepalming::person_shrugging:

I keep going to Pro for a month or so . I enjoy having the chance to make Pro stuff but it is difficult to justify . It is quite a cheap Hobby . Cheaper than Golf .

This is the problem with humour- it doesn’t always translate. It was meant to mean that you have just about everything on your watch, so much that i was surprised that you left the moon stuff out! It’s a fantastic watchface!

I’m not a fan of this information. But yes, there are people who use it for other purposes than just information about the phase of the moon and I’ll definitely finish it when I figure out how. The dial is still unpublished, I put it here for you to test in case I accidentally missed some mistake. Eyes can see more. :wink:And thank you for the compliment.

Theoretically, I could modify the weather icons so that the night icons could be modified, with the moon phase being incorporated into the night weather icon. :slightly_smiling_face::wink:

Guys, I would like to request a test due to the weather, I already solved it with @russellcresser but it’s working as it should. On my GW5 PRO it only shows clouds or rain in the icons and the text weather only shows either rain or Cloudy. It should at least show Broken Clouds or Shower Rain but unfortunately it doesn’t. It’s just RAIN or CLOUDY. Even though it’s partly cloudy here, and it should show scattered clouds or few clouds. Thanks.

Guys, what’s your opinion?
Should we leave the wind data with the weather or make Wind a separate item after the weather?

Personally, I would be inclined to do it separately, it seems unbalanced, unclean. Overpriced.

I solved it so that it was decent and could be part of the weather.

For me the wind belongs to weather. If it fits, I would include it, which you have. :+1:

@BIELITZ:
I made you a VAR5 that switches the regular moon to a moon phase indicator.
The zone for VAR 5 is there as a gray bar on the screen.
