My steps counter on any watch face I switch to is not working. Any idea why?
It’s been said many times here: if you have Samsung watch switch to any Samsung’s watchface then switch back to Facer.
Also check if you’ve allowed all permissions to Facer, both on watch and phone.
Welcome to the Community. Make sure you have all permissions granted for Facer and any Health Apps on both your Phone and Watch. You could also try a reboot of Watch and Phone, that sometimes fixing problems.
Thank you very much for the info. I will try the switch face. First thing I did was check my permissions after the update I had on my watch.
