Here is an updated version of a stand alone moon Phase gadget that I have used a lot . I have updated it with the New Tags I have posted the resources here in case anyone wants to use them .

I think it is out a quarter of a day as I decided to cross Zero at .5 The numbers could easily be changed now it is so much easier to check .

Just for comparison . Below is the Old Longhand version of the Formula for just the New Moon Crossing Zero .
My Hat is off and Thanks to the Guys that Developed this and Published it on the Community .

Not on the subject of the moon, but the weather conditions in Facer seen a bit stepped down and sparse. I have been trying to find a list of tags for more weather options. Would it just be that easy to find the global tags that, for example, your cellphone weather app uses and just plug them into Facer and make your own custom icons? I suspect not but just firing the question out there

Yeah. Like The Facer Named moon phase Layer we are stuck with what is given. Weather reports the 11 Basic conditions. The Layer is a little confused around a couple of the Icons ans there is no sensible Mist Icon. If you are serious you have to drop in your own Icons.
Some regard forecast 1 as Today’s and 2 tomorrow etc. People seem to want the Weather on thier Faces but it can not be taken too seriously. There are plenty of articles and resources on the subject on here.

no problem making my own icons for weather or whatever. But yeah, until its no longer just eye candy for your face and is actually legit, up-to-date, than I’m not going to spend too much time on it.

My Weather stuff on my day to day watch are quite good. I am always pleased with the Wind speed and direction. Sadly It is Eye Candy the the Wearers want. I tend not to do them but I can not Belive the Volume of Seasonal stuff. Just Swamps the Fresh Faces.

Thanks Russel. Very cool. Bookmarked this, and will make use of it some day for sure.

Thank yo Brad @bradtc . I have so much respect for the guys that did those the long way taking into account all the Leap Years but I am not a Mathematician . I am a Kit Builder so if I can see how the bits fit I can do it . I know it is out a little to the Day Age but it is about 3 hrs late . I bet the Solar System has more wobble than that in reality .
A lot of people have not seen the long formula I will tack on on to the topic Leader.

I have just gone back to check . The formula I use up till now was based on the work of @mikeoday . So I will say Thanks again now . Respect .

Thank you @jlcash61. It is an attempt to pay back some of what was layed in front of me on my journey to here. It is exciting to intergrate some of the new Tags Facer has given us. The previous long hand was a quantum beyond me. I learnt all from the School of Copy and Paste. I can manage a degree of butchery from my Basic Days. I have also had a little Experiance with C++ on Arduinos but mostly because it is Open Source :::)))

Can most definitely relate. If not for trail and error there are lots of things I have accomplished that would lay as waste lol. Some of the references for backgrounds that we share outside of here where torturous, need a doctorate in mathematics to get through chapter 1.

Totally awesome. Way more phase info than I have been using.

I agree. More current conditions would be great. The facer images I’m not concerned with. I downloaded my images with much better graphics
