It is the web creator. You can find this page while clicking the 2nd tab on the top right of your screen, right next to advanced settings and theme.

I use a Chrome extension called Dark Reader. It turns pretty much every single web page on the internet to “dark mode,” I love it. You can also change what websites you want to use it on and change the contrast. You can get it here: https://darkreader.org/
