New to facer, made my own watch face for free but heart rate sensor is updating very slowly

i got asamsung watch 5 pro, new to face. wanted to make very minimalistic watch you might be able to see my design, and it doesn’t seem to update heart rate, wich id like it to collect constantly.
the compass updates immediately, not sure if barometer does though.

Heartrate doesn’t work on watch 4 or 5.

It auto-updates every 10 minutes (or something like that).
