Newbie looking for help with units for display values

I’ve just started using Facer and am creating my first watchface for my Google Pixel 2 . Although the units on my watch are set to imperial and I have used the text that should result in imperial units for temperature [#WCT#] and altitude [(round(#ALT#)) $#UNITSYS#=IMPERIAL?ft:m$], the display value is metric.

I assume this is user error, but can’t seem to figure out how to correct it.

It should take imperial from your watch setting.

But not sure if Facer overrides this or not. Tap 3 times on your Facer Watch face. This should show:

Then tap on the little gear, there you can change metric/imperial:
